The role of the Standards & Technical Officer is to undertake the development and revision of environmental product standards by researching and interpreting scientific information, utilising information from other ecolabel schemes, and consulting with stakeholders and technical experts.
The Standards & Technical Officer, as part of the GECA Standards Team, writes and manages related documentation and reports to support standards development. They also revise and update guidelines and policies and support or perform other activities as required.
