Since the start of 2020, Michelle Thomas has been our Acting CEO. We’re delighted to announce that the GECA Board has unanimously decided to appoint Michelle as our new permanent CEO.
Michelle joined Team GECA in 2019 as our General Manager, showing her leadership qualities and passion for GECA’s vision right from the beginning.
“I made a conscious decision to work in an organisation that was making a positive impact on the planet. For me, GECA stands out as an organisation with a passion for creating a sustainable future,” said Michelle.
With a keen eye for detail, she is well versed in business process improvements and developing strategies to drive best practice and increased value to all partners. Michelle is eager to continue her role leading the team in working toward better sustainable solutions for consumption and production and supporting licensees on their journey of improvement.
