Boral has achieved certification for additional plasterboard products this week. Among those are the Multistop 3, Multistop 5 and Impactstop, which are all available in either 13 or 16mm thickness.
The Multistop ranges are ideal solutions for projects that demand fire, impact, sound and water resistance for internal wall and ceiling linings. Both the Multistop 3 and the Multistop ranges are suitable for use in hospitals, schools and environments where multi-performance is required and both feature a minimum of 10 per cent overall recycled content.
The Impactstop range is high density plasterboard with embedded fibreglass mesh backing providing high resistance to both soft and hard body impacts. It is recommended for use in high traffic areas such as educational facilities and hospitals.
Boral is a leader in the Australian industry that manufactures plasterboard in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, and operates an Australia wide distribution network comprising around 100 company owned stores and independent resellers. All its GECA certified products are applicable for Green Star projects.
