GECA is pleased to welcome modulyss as one of our newest licensees! modulyss designs and produces modular carpet tiles for the contract market and now has a range of offerings certified under GECA’s Carpets standard, demonstrating a lower environmental, health and social impact.
modulyss chose to manufacture carpet tiles for their user friendly ease of installation and maintenance. The carpet tiles’ backing consists of bitumen, which is made partially from recycled materials.
modulyss are committed to their sustainability goals. As well as employing solar panels and operating a single production facility to limit transport requirements (and emissions), they recycle all remainder and waste yarns into new yarns, and have reduced their electricity, natural gas, and steam requirements.
