Good Environmental Choice Australia was pleased to be a part of Green Cities 2014 in March this year. The annual conference and exhibition was hosted by the Green Building Council of Australia and Property Council of Australia to explore sustainability in the built environment.
GECA CEO Rupert Posner spoke at Materials Matter, a session devoted to how sustainability is about more than just design. “Good Environmental Choice Australia has seen the impact of how the Green Star scheme has transformed the building industry,” said Rupert. “What we really want to see now are more organisations choosing environmentally preferable products for all their projects, not just for Green Star.”
