GECA is pleased to announce its new Paints and Coatings standard.

Replacing GECA 23-2005 Architectural and Protective Coatings, the new standard (available here), is the product of extensive revision. Among the changes is the inclusion of student and artists paints and the exclusion of solvent-based coatings. A comparative summary of the differences between the old and new standard is available to download here.
The revisions to this standard were made in conjunction with our stakeholder consultation group, followed by a period of public comment and we would like to thank all involved for their participation, diligence and industry insights.
