This week the focus is on Malaysian paper company Nibong Tebal Paper Mill (NTPM), who manufacture tissue paper personal care products. The company was established in 1975 and has sales offices located in Singapore and Thailand as well as Malaysia. Their main product offerings are facial tissues, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels and napkins under brand names including Premier, Royal Gold and Cutie.
NTPM pride themselves on being an environmentally conscious company and focus on reducing the environmental impact of production processes. Their products have been certified under GECA’s Sanitary Paper Products standard, meeting criteria for environmental preferability, human health standards and social considerations.
NTPM currently export their product range around the world to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Mauritius, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, and the USA. Their Australian distributor is John S Hayes & Associates Pty Ltd.
