AS-4032 Artificial Grass Adhesive – A one-component, MS Polymer adhesive for bonding artificial grass/synthetic turf on various subfloor substrates or joint strips. It is a green product, meeting SCAQMD VOC limit and is recommended for green buildings. It does not contain any solvents (will not damage bonded substrates), water (no glueline shrinkage), or isocyanates (non-hazardous). ALSEAL MS Flooring Adhesive (AS-4030) is an ecofriendly wood flooring adhesive formulated with advanced MS Polymer technology, eliminating common problems associated with traditional polyurethane adhesives. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture, and quickly forms a tenacious but elastic bond on wood flooring and wall decorative materials. When cured, it is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water. Its elastic characteristic allows the wood floor to expand and contract without adhesion failures. The adhesive can be trowelled easily.

AS-4001 / AS-4001S MS Construction SealantAS-4001 is a single-component, moisture-cured elastomeric hybrid sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It offers superior weathering, UV and temperature resistance characteristics. It is a green sealant formulated to meet the low VOC regulation. It is solvent and isocyanate free so does not cause any shrinkage or bubbling. It is also free of silicone oil, hence minimizing building aesthetic issues caused by dirt-streaking as seen with silicone sealants. Its adhesion on various substrates is excellent even without primer, yet it is paintable with most types of industrial paints.
