GECA CEO Rupert Posner will present at Green Cities 2014 in a session called Materials Matter.
The session will explore how building sustainability is about more than design. The procurement process and materials selected can be the difference between a good and a great green building.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn life cycle assessment methods, the importance of choosing certified sustainable products and how to select products that will improve the environmental outcomes of your building.
Mr Posner will be joined by Jorge Chapa, Executive Director of Green Star Technical Development and Operations for the Green Building Council of Australia, Nicole Sullivan, Senior Technical Advisor at BlueScope Steel and Jonas Bengtsson, Director of Edge Environment.
