Consolidated Property Services

Building Products

Family owned and family operated for 45 years, Consolidated prides itself on being a business run on a strong foundation of ethics with a focus on service excellence.

Founded in Melbourne in 1977 by founders John and Mary Grant, Consolidated has grown from strength to strength to become the nation’s leading commercial cleaning company with a reputation for servicing premium corporate offices, retail precincts and education facilities.

Consolidated is unique in offering employment to all 3000+ rostered cleaners, providing stable, consistent work and all Award entitlements. We do not use labour hire or contract workers in our cleaning teams. Our cleaners are also the most highly trained in the industry in safety, customer service, use of technology and specialist machinery to execute their tasks in the most efficient and effective way.

For over 45 years, we have been committed to improving the management of waste and recycling, playing our part in reducing landfill and finding better ways to achieve more sustainable practices in the properties we service. Bringing our knowledge and experience provides practical ways to achieve our clients’ own environmental goals.

The company mission can be summed up quite simply. ‘Beyond clean. Beyond green’.

What our clients say about us

Being an environmentally aware business, we needed a way to ensure, adhere and implement sustainably preferable strategies into our business plan. The team at GECA is co-operative and their guidance ensured that we not only complied with green standards, but exceeded them. The process is credible and well-received in the market place and ensures that we are set apart from the not-so-genuine ‘greenwashing’ companies.

Fitting out such a large project with sustainably preferable furniture is rewarding. That a well-renowned and international company would choose to use GECA certified Office Link Group furniture is exciting and without doubt, a step in the right direction for improving sustainability in the workplace. The whole work zone looks great — the architect has done a wonderful job of creating the space. With the addition of the sustainably preferable products that are proven to improve the health and wellbeing of those in the workspace, it is now a really nice place to work.
